Who We Are
World without Wars and Violence is an international humanist organisation, part of the Humanist Movement. We were founded in 1994 and we are active in 30 countries. In 2009 we initiated the World March for Peace and Nonviolence. WwW has Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council since 2012

March For A Better World
Despite attempts by various international organizations (including the UN), war and violence continue to be justified as part of so-called “human nature”. World without Wars adopts a humanist vision of the human being as a historical being whose mode of social action modifies its own nature.

Our actions
If 1% of the world’s citizens clearly mobilised against war and in favour of the peaceful resolution of disputes, by generating exemplary and scalable actions, the foundations for change would be laid. Will we be able to do this?
